Female Leadership Program “Stratego for Women®”

For many years, we’ve been organizing this unique program, which has been followed by hundreds of ambitious women, both in person and online, from all around the world.
In four months, Stratego for Women® Female Leadership Program helps you explore new leadership skills in a safe, supportive environment and build wonderful connections with an amazing group of wise, passionate, and ambitious women.
You’ll learn how to confidently contribute to meetings, negotiate for yourself and position yourself with clarity and impact. Through active support and practical tools, you’ll advance your career with more confidence, growth mindset, and just the right dose of humor.
The program is based on the book “Stratego for Women®” written by Monic Bührs and Elisa de Groot.

During this program, we work with a group of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 women for four months. The participants contribute with their personal experiences and cases and the supervisors highlight the topics from the professional literature, research and own experience.
